"Rob and Marie McArtor with Maryland Homes Team have been such a blessing to our family. We inherited our grandfather's little farmette at a time we could not afford to keep it and it broke our hearts. The property was unique and it would take just the right person to see it's potential. They found us a wonderful buyer who we became friends with through the process, she sends us photographs of all the updates she has done but most importantly the new owner kept the property as a small farmette. Now her beautiful horses horses graze where there once were cows, how special is that? Rob and Maria understood how we felt and brought us the right buyer."
